It is designed for student teachers in Colleges of Education, particularly those in NCE 2 and 3, and 300-level and 400-level students who are passionate about changing Africa’s education landscape.

Eligibility: NCE 2 and 3 students in Colleges of Education across Nigeria and 300-level and 400-level students in the university are eligible. Exceptional second-year students may also be nominated for early induction.
The Induction Journey: The process includes structured preparatory training using AFFiT manuals, covering innovation, entrepreneurship, early-grade reading, ICT, and values-based teaching. Afterward, students sit for the AFFiT Induction Examination. All students are inducted, but top scorers receive scholarships for further study and mini-grants to launch education-based enterprises.
Life as a Student Member: Benefits include access to exclusive leadership training, mentorship, research platforms, community projects, publication opportunities, and national recognition. Responsibilities include active participation in campus chapters, upholding AFFiT values, and contributing to local education initiatives.
Post-Graduation Pathways: Graduates transition to AFFiT Fellows with access to job placements, soft loans, global conferences, and opportunities to become Research Fellows. They receive continued training, empowerment, and publishing support to thrive as professionals and innovators.
