Introducing Education Frontline Africa: AFFiT’s New Platform for Education Advocacy

Abuja, Nigeria

The African Forum for Innovative Teachers (AFFiT) has launched Education Frontline Africa (EFA), a bold new digital advocacy and dialogue platform aimed at reshaping education across the continent. Designed as AFFiT’s flagship YouTube and social media program, EFA provides a space for solution-driven conversations on teacher welfare, education funding, leadership, innovation, curriculum reform, digital learning, and classroom realities.

EFA is more than a show; it is a movement. Each episode brings together educators, school leaders, policymakers, students, researchers, and education influencers to discuss pressing issues and highlight practical solutions. The program combines in-depth discussions with real stories from the education frontline, humanizing challenges while inspiring action. Topics range from teacher dignity and mental health to AI in learning and education policy reform. Audience participation is central, with engagement through hashtags such as #EducationFrontlineAfrica, #TeachersRiseAfrica, and #AFFITTalks.

The goal of Education Frontline Africa is to elevate public discourse around education, strengthen advocacy, and mobilize citizens in support of meaningful reform. With weekly episodes and digital highlights, EFA aims to reach thousands of viewers monthly, engage young Nigerians in education conversations, and serve as a digital archive of Africa’s education challenges and solutions.

By amplifying the voices of teachers, students, and policymakers, EFA reflects AFFiT’s mission to ignite minds and transform Africa. The program positions education at the center of national discussion, promoting teacher recognition, evidence-based policymaking, and sustainable development through education.

New episodes air weekly. Join the conversation, share your voice, and be part of the change.
