The Institutional Fellowship of AFFiT (IFA) recognizes schools, education institutions, and national organizations that share a commitment to transforming education through innovation, collaboration, and system-wide reform.

As Institutional Fellows, these schools and organizations:

•       Host AFFiT training, research projects, and innovation hubs that directly impact educators and students.
•       Integrate AFFiT’s tools, methodologies, and values into school leadership, pedagogy, and institutional frameworks.
•       Mobilize their staff and students to engage in AFFiT programs, amplifying participation, ownership, and transformation at scale.
•       Provide logistical and technical support that strengthens AFFiT’s local presence and reach.
•       Collaborate in testing, implementing, and scaling cutting-edge education reform initiatives within their systems.
