Champions of Statewide Transformation and Legacy Building
The Executive Ambassador Fellowship of AFFiT (EAFA) is an elite honor reserved for State Governors and Deputy Governors whose leadership directly influences the trajectory of teacher development, educational equity, and institutional innovation within their states and beyond.
This Fellowship recognizes that no educational transformation is sustainable without executive-level support. EAFA inductees are not only public officers, they are legacy builders who understand that strong classrooms build strong societies, and that empowered teachers are the lifeblood of national progress.
As Executive Ambassador Fellows, they:
- Provide high-level political support to AFFiT’s models of teacher innovation and education entrepreneurship.
- Allocate resources and mobilize infrastructure for the statewide rollout of AFFiT programs.
- Create enabling policy environments that allow for scale, replication, and long-term sustainability.
- Act as intergovernmental ambassadors, championing education reform across federal platforms and regional coalitions.
Through this Fellowship, governors become co-architects of a new educational order, building models that uplift not only schools but entire communities.
