Dr. Adegbemisola Olotu, FSTAN, FIELPN and FAFFIT, holds a B.Sc. (Ed.) in Chemistry Education, an M.Ed., and a Ph.D. in Science Education. She is a Chief Lecturer at the FCT College of Education, Zuba, where she has served in several leadership capacities, including Examination Officer, Head of Department of Integrated Science, Dean of the School of Sciences, Deputy Provost, and currently Deputy Provost, Administration. She has participated in local and international academic programmes and has contributed to science and science education through research and scholarly publications. She has received several awards in recognition of her work. Her professional philosophy is rooted in godliness, lifelong learning, innovation in science education, effective management, teamwork, organisational development, and continuous improvement.

Dr. Celine Nwadi Etesike (Research Fellow, AFFiT) is a lecturer in the Department of Educational Technology at the Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu, Enugu State. Her academic discipline is Educational Technology, with a focus on applying digital tools to teacher education programmes. She is committed to integrating innovative technologies into teaching, learning, and teacher professional development. Her professional interests include digital pedagogy, technology integration in teacher capacity building, educational innovation, research-driven practice, and collaborative partnerships for educational transformation and sustainable development. She believes that technology-enabled education and purposeful leadership are key drivers of innovation and positive societal impact.

Professor Rashidat Salawu AbdulRasheed is a Professor of English Language and an accomplished Applied Linguist with more than 31 years of teaching, research, and academic service. She is a faculty member in the Department of Language Arts and Communication, Faculty of Nigerian and Foreign Languages, Federal University of Education, Zaria. She has mentored and supervised students at NCE, B.Ed., Master’s, and Ph.D. levels, contributing significantly to human capital development. Her areas of expertise include applied linguistics, English language studies, communication, and language pedagogy. She is widely respected for her teaching, mentorship, academic leadership, and research contributions. She was inducted as an AFFiT Research Fellow in recognition of her research contributions and remains committed to scholarship, innovation, and academic collaboration.

Dr. Aniama Salome Ojone is a distinguished academic at the Federal College of Education, Okene, with more than 26 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. Her areas of specialisation include Biology, Botany, Plant Ecology, Ethnomedicinal Plants, Environmental Biology, and Sustainable Development. She has served in leadership roles including Head of Department, Acting Dean, Academic Board Member, Director of the Directorate of Quality Assurance, and member of the Governing Council. Her research interests include biodiversity conservation, phytomedicine, artificial intelligence in biology, and women’s empowerment. She is guided by the belief that knowledge, integrity, innovation, and service are essential drivers of sustainable development and lifelong learning.

Mrs. Carlyster N. Ijere (MSEA) is a lecturer in the Department of Education Foundation, Enugu State College of Education (Technical), Enugu, Nigeria, and a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Administration. Her academic interests include educational leadership, teacher development, business education, digital innovation, and the application of artificial intelligence in education. She has experience in teaching, research, project supervision, and educational administration, with publications and conference presentations in education and educational technology. She is passionate about improving educational quality through innovation, collaboration, and evidence-based practice and is committed to developing policies and strategies that promote inclusive, equitable, and sustainable education. In July 2026, she received a Research Fellowship Award in recognition of her contributions to educational research and innovation.

Dr. Hauwakulu Saba is a Chief Lecturer and Deputy Provost at Umaru Sanda Ahmadu College of Education, Minna, Niger State. She holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Planning and a B.Ed. in Language Arts (English). She has about 22 years of lecturing experience and has participated in numerous conferences, seminars, workshops, and professional trainings in Nigeria and beyond. She has published more than 20 articles and co-authored four books. Her research interests include education, teacher development, ICT, and digital learning. She is passionate about reading, writing, and research and is guided by the philosophy that consistent effort is always rewarded.

Dr. Chinyere Agnes Muokwue is an Educational and Social Psychologist and serves as Director of Linkages and Advancement and Treasurer of WICE at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe. With more than 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and leadership, she contributes to building partnerships that advance education. Her professional outlook is captured in the principle: “Leadership without service is hollow.”

Dr. Ramatu Asabe Nuru is an Associate Professor of Science Education at the Federal University of Education, Zaria, and an educational administrator specialising in technology-enhanced learning, digital pedagogy, and gender-responsive teaching methodologies. She has extensive experience in tertiary academic leadership, curriculum development, and institutional governance. She is actively involved in research and capacity-building initiatives aimed at transforming teacher education and advancing STEM equity. Her professional philosophy is that academic stewardship requires deliberate custodianship of scientific integrity, innovative pedagogy, rigorous research, and transformative mentorship.

Dr. Aishatu Ngozi Ezeani is an academic researcher with a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Business Education. She is a Dean in the School of Business Education and serves as Chairman of the Enugu State College of Education Academic Staff Union. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Afrazona Associates Nigeria Limited and a pioneer president of Umuada Ngwo Association. She is an AFFiT Research Fellow and serves as the South-East Zonal Coordinator of AWIRELAP.

Dr. Anuli Iruoma Aguiyi, AMB, FCAI, FWICE and FAFFIT, is a Chief Lecturer and Ph.D. holder in Linguistics, Igbo, and other Nigerian Languages at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe, Anambra State. She has held several leadership and administrative positions, including former South-East Coordinator of Women in Colleges of Education. She currently serves as Chairperson of the League of Women Voters of Nigeria, Anambra State, and as South-East Assistant Coordinator of AWIRELAP. She is an Ambassador of Teachers Without Borders, an AFFiT Research Fellow, and an award-winning researcher in 2026. She has authored and edited books and published in local and international journals, while participating in numerous conferences and receiving several awards and recognitions.

Linda Larai Garba is an academic at Kaduna State College of Education, Gidan Waya, specialising in Cytogenetics and Plant Breeding, with a Ph.D. in view. She has experience in academic leadership, mentoring, and curriculum implementation and served as Head of the Biology Department from 2021 to 2025. Her research focuses on plant breeding, crop improvement, and the sustainable use of genetic resources in groundnut and maize. She has published peer-reviewed work on nitrogen efficiency, hybrid maize performance, and groundnut productivity and is expanding her work into cytogenetic and molecular approaches. She is a member of the Genetic Society of Nigeria and other women’s associations and is a Fellow of AFFiT. Her professional aspiration is to see every female educated and empowered.

Dr. Chinwe Mikella Nebolisa (MABEN) is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Education at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe. She holds qualifications in Business Administration and Education, including B.Sc., PDE, M.Sc., M.Ed., and Ph.D. degrees, with another Ph.D. in Business Administration in view. She serves as Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies and College Orator. She is an accomplished researcher and Research Fellow of AFFiT.

Dr. Chika Cordelia Menkiti holds Ph.D., MSc.Ed., M.Ed., B.Sc.Ed., and NCE qualifications and is a lecturer at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe, Nigeria. She specialises in innovative approaches to Mathematics teaching, with research interests spanning Mathematics Education, educational technology, curriculum innovation, and teacher education. She has published more than 50 articles in reputable national and international journals and has co-authored several Mathematics textbooks. She is the author of “Breaking the Fear of Mathematics and Science in Nigeria” and is a member of MAN, STAN, and NCTM, USA. She has served her institution and professional bodies in several leadership and administrative capacities and is an AFFiT Research Fellow and member of the South-East AWIRELAP zone. She is committed to advancing quality education through research, innovation, academic leadership, teaching, and mentorship.

Dr. Byat Grace Caleb is a scholar and educationist with a Ph.D. in Teaching English as a Second Language. She serves at Kaduna State College of Education, Gidan-Waya, Kafanchan, Nigeria, where she supports the development of future educators through effective language-teaching methodologies. Her work focuses on English language proficiency among non-native speakers, curriculum development, and innovative, inclusive, and adaptive teaching practices. She believes in the transformative power of education and the importance of lifelong learning for teachers and students.

Amina Bello Katagum is a lecturer at Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare, with a focus on Humanities and English Literature. She has 23 years of teaching experience and holds a BA (Ed.) in English, with an MA in English Literature in view, as well as diplomas in Civil Law and Computer studies and other professional certificates. She has published journal articles, presented papers at conferences, attended workshops and seminars, and participated in community service and capacity-building programmes. Her professional philosophy is to teach with purpose and use education to build character and serve society.

Dr. Amina Mohammed is an academic at the Federal College of Education, Yola, Adamawa State, specialising in Educational Management. She holds an NCE in Social Studies/Islamic Studies, a B.A.Ed. in Islamic Studies, and Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Educational Management. She has more than 20 years of experience spanning secondary and tertiary education and has published more than 20 papers in national and international journals, alongside numerous book chapters. Her research interests include educational management, quality, teacher education, policy, and girl-child education. She believes education is a powerful tool for personal, social, and national development and is committed to excellence, integrity, inclusiveness, lifelong learning, and educational leadership.

Dr. Anthonia Ijeoma Ugochukwu is a Chief Lecturer and Head of the Department of Educational Psychology at Umaru Sanda Ahmed College of Education, Minna, specialising in Guidance and Counselling. With more than two decades of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership, she has contributed to teacher education and student development. She serves as Director of the Career and Counselling Centre and is a Visiting Lecturer at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai. She is also the founder of a vocational training centre for youth empowerment. Her professional philosophy centres on empowering individuals through education, mentorship, and holistic development for sustainable societal impact.

Ukpai Patricia Ogonnaya is a Chief Lecturer in Science Education (Biology) at Ebonyi State College of Education, Ikwo, with 22 years of experience in teaching, research, and teacher training. She currently serves as Head of the Biology Department. She holds an M.Ed. in Science Education and is working towards a Ph.D. She is a member of the Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN) and a former Financial Secretary of the Ebonyi State chapter. She is an AFFiT Research Fellow and a member of the AWIRELAP Committee. Beyond the classroom, she enjoys science writing, travelling, and nature walks.

Jamila Sulaiman is a lecturer and researcher at Gombe State College of Education, Billiri. She specialises in English Education, with teaching and research interests in English language, literature, and literacy development. Her professional experience spans education, teacher training, academic reviewing, and community development. She is also a peace and women’s empowerment advocate, contributing through mentoring, leadership training, and partnerships. She believes education is a powerful tool for empowering women and girls and building peaceful, inclusive communities.

Dr. Fati Abba Habib holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from ATBU Bauchi, with B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mathematics from the University of Maiduguri and an NCE in Mathematics/Physics. She has served as a Principal Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics Education at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum, Yobe State, since 2008. She is a member of MAN, TERA, and TRCN. With more than 18 years of teaching experience and 10 years of research experience, she has contributed to textbooks, book chapters, and journal publications and has participated in numerous national and international workshops. She has also received awards of excellence related to role modelling for the girl child.

Dr. Fatima Inuwa Darazo is a lecturer at the College of Education, Billiri, Gombe State, Nigeria, and holds a Ph.D. in Tests and Measurement from Bayero University Kano. Over the past decade, she has progressed through academic and leadership roles, including Acting Dean and membership of the College Governing Council. Her work focuses on teacher education, evaluation practices, and improving assessment standards within Nigeria’s education system. She has published scholarly work and participated in national and international conferences. She believes fair and rigorous assessment is fundamental to educational quality and that every learner deserves to be assessed with accuracy, integrity, and compassion.

Dr. Jummai Grace Tabat is an AFFiT Fellow and Chief Lecturer in Home Economics at Kaduna State College of Education, Gidan Waya. She holds B.Ed., M.Ed., and Ph.D. degrees in Home Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, specialising in Family Relationship Management. Her experience spans more than two decades of NCE and degree-level teaching, student research supervision, and academic quality assurance. She has served as pioneer Deputy Provost (Administration), pioneer Dean of Student Affairs, Head of Department, and a member of College Management. She has received professional training at ASCON, Cambridge University, and in Israel, with expertise in proposal writing and educational leadership. She has more than 40 journal publications, two research methodology textbooks, and editorial experience. Her professional philosophy is grounded in moral integrity, academic excellence, open-mindedness, and compassionate leadership, with a commitment to using vocational education and empirical research to advance socio-economic equity and institutional growth.

Dr. Joy Amaka Ezidimma is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Economics at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe, Anambra State, where she serves as Dean of the School of General Studies. She specialises in Econometrics and Development Economics and has extensive experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and curriculum development. Her research interests include Economics Education, entrepreneurship, development economics, and educational policy. She is committed to academic excellence, innovative research, and transformative leadership in higher education. Her professional philosophy is that education should inspire critical thinking, integrity, and sustainable societal development.

Dr. Rita Onyeizu is a seasoned educationist and Chief Lecturer in the Department of Home Economics at the FCT College of Education, Zuba, Abuja. She served as Head of Department for five years and as immediate past Dean of the School of Vocational and Technical Education. She currently serves as Director of SIWES. She holds B.Ed., M.Ed., and Ph.D. degrees in Home Economics Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. More than 30 of her scholarly articles have been published in national and international academic journals.

Omar Mariya Osman is a Senior Lecturer at Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare, specialising in History and International Studies/Social History. She has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, institutional leadership, and public communications. She holds an M.A. in History and International Studies and is pursuing a Ph.D. in the same discipline. She has served as Head of Department, Head of Information and Public Relations, and a member of the College Bulletin Committee. She is committed to academic excellence, rigorous historical research, and fostering student achievement. She believes in curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

Dr. Amina Mohammed Tijjani hails from Gombe State and lectures at the FCT College of Education, Zuba, Abuja. She is an experienced lecturer and administrator with more than 22 years of expertise in teaching, research, and mentoring. Her research interests focus on women’s studies and gender issues.

Mrs. Charity Onumah is a dedicated lecturer in the Department of English Language Education at the Federal College of Education, Odugbo, Benue State. She holds a Master’s degree in Language Education and has experience in teaching, scholarly research, and academic mentoring. Her professional strengths include English language pedagogy, innovative teaching, problem-solving, and educational development. She is committed to academic excellence, institutional growth, and student success.

Regina Omaji is a TRCN-certified Science Educator with a B.Ed. in Integrated Science Education and a PGDE. She serves as a Principal Instructor at the Federal College of Education, Odugbo, Benue State, Nigeria. She has a strong research background, with journal publications and conference presentations on innovative pedagogy, including AI integration and activity-based learning in science education. She is a member of the Integrated Science Educators’ Association of Nigeria (ISEAN) and a Research Fellow of AFFiT. She is committed to advancing science education through digital tools, evidence-based strategies, and continuous professional development. She also has administrative experience as a Departmental Secretary.

Mrs. Kpernyam Linda Nadoo holds B.Ed. and M.Ed. degrees in Pre-Primary/Primary Education and Science Education and is a Chief Lecturer at the College of Education, Katsina-Ala, Benue State. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Science Education. She serves as Director of the Career Services Centre, COEASU Treasurer, and Vice Chairperson of WICE. She has previously served as WICE Financial Secretary, Departmental Examination Officer, Head of Department, and Dean of School in ECCE and Primary Education Studies. She is registered with TRCN and is an AFFiT Research Fellow with publications in local and international journals. Her research interests include Science Education, Teacher Education, Artificial Intelligence in Education, Inclusive Education, Digital Pedagogy, Career Development, and Ethno-Science.

Dr. Chinenye Florence Onyenso is a Nigerian educationist, educational administrator, and researcher with a Ph.D. and M.Ed. in Educational Administration and Planning and a B.Ed. in Government Education from Abia State University. She is registered with TRCN and is affiliated with NAEAP, AFFiT, AWIRELAP, and AEMAPP. She is a member of the Governing Council of the Federal College of Education, Odugbo, Benue State, and has served as Chief Lecturer and Dean of the School of Early Childhood Care and Primary Education Studies. Her research interests include educational administration, school leadership, classroom management, teacher effectiveness, and students’ academic achievement. She is committed to advancing quality education through effective teaching, research, and educational leadership.

Dr. Hafsatu Abdulrahman Bello is an academic at the Federal College of Education, Yola, with a Ph.D. in Fish Genetics and Breeding. Her academic background includes NCE Integrated Science, a first degree in Biology Education, qualifications in Hydrobiology and Fisheries, and advanced training in Fish Genetics and Breeding. Her professional philosophy is: “Believe in myself, trust in God, and tell the truth no matter how bitter it is.”

Dr. Emelda Ada Anyanwu-Amunde is a Nigerian academic, researcher, and lecturer specialising in Adult Education Administration. She serves as Head of the Department of Adult and Non-Formal Education at the Federal College of Education, Obudu, Cross River State. She obtained her B.Ed., M.Ed., and Ph.D. from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Her academic career reflects a sustained commitment to teaching, research, and community service. She advocates inclusive learning environments, critical thinking, and ethical professional practice. Her research and professional interests focus on advancing adult and non-formal education as a catalyst for sustainable development and community empowerment.

Dr. (Mrs.) Margaret E. Osahon is a Principal Lecturer in the Business Education Department at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Ekiadolor. She has more than 26 years of progressive experience in tertiary education and currently serves as Head of Department, Business Education, Dean of Students, and College Innova8hub Manager. She holds NCE, HND, PGDPA, M.Ed., and Ph.D. qualifications in Business Education. She has 25 journal publications and has participated in 22 conferences, workshops, and professional training programmes. Her professional philosophy is to lead with integrity, inspire excellence, and empower others to achieve their full potential.

Dr. Nsinne Akaninyene Emmanuel is an accomplished educationist, lecturer, and specialist in Social Studies and Citizenship Education, with a strong interest in innovative teaching and transformative learning. She has teaching experience across primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions and currently serves as a lecturer at the Federal College of Education, Ididep, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. She is a member of the Social Studies Educationists Association of Nigeria (SOSAN) and a Research Fellow of AFFiT.

Dr. Agbonma Olive Bruce is an educationist, researcher, lecturer, educational administrator, and academic leader with more than two decades of experience in teaching, teacher education, educational research, assessment, curriculum studies, and educational administration. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Ed. in Measurement and Evaluation, a PGDE, and a B.Sc. in Accountancy. She is TRCN-certified, a member of the Association of Measurement and Evaluation of Nigeria (AMEN), and a Fellow of AFFiT. Her professional experience includes leadership in Curriculum Studies and Educational Foundation, research supervision, teaching-practice coordination, academic board responsibilities, and coordination of a Staff Demonstration School. Her areas of expertise include Measurement and Evaluation, Research Methods, Curriculum Studies, Educational Foundations, Teaching Practice, and Financial Accounting.

Dr. Joyce Adams is a lecturer, researcher, and Director of Research and Innovation at Kaduna State College of Education, Gidan-Waya. She specialises in Geography, Environmental and Resources Planning and obtained a Ph.D. in Environmental and Resources Planning from the University of Jos in 2026. She has served at the institution since 2001. Her research includes work supported by TETFund, with 18 journal publications, 10 textbook chapters, and participation in 14 national and international conferences and workshops. She is affiliated with the Association of Nigerian Geographers and the Nigeria Association of Hydrological Sciences and is a Research Fellow of AFFiT. Her professional philosophy emphasises truth, integrity, respect, discipline, excellence, and humility.

Dr. Doris Nnebuchi Ajah is an academic researcher specialising in Analytical and Environmental Chemistry. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Analytical/Environmental Chemistry, a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry, and a Professional Diploma in Education. She serves as Head of Chemistry Education, Treasurer of COEASU, and Assistant Secretary of WICE at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Isu, Ebonyi State.

Raihanatu Mohammed Hamid is an accomplished Computer Science Lecturer and Research Fellow at AFFiT, and a member of the Computer Professionals Council, Nigeria Computer Society and Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria. With over 11 years of classroom excellence in higher education, she specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Intelligence and applied Data Analytics, with high-impact applications in healthcare, metaheuristic algorithms and food safety. Beyond academia, she serves as Research Adviser for Fulbe Development Cultural Group and contributes to institutional policy as a Technical Working Group member for the Gender Mobile Initiative, and as a member of Women in AI and IndabaX Nigeria. She is guided by the philosophy that advanced technology and education can serve as proactive catalysts for solving real-world societal challenges and empowering local communities.

Dr. Amina Hassan Usman is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Entrepreneurship Education at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum, Yobe State, Nigeria. She earned her Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship after obtaining an M.Sc. in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) and a B.Sc. (Ed.) in Business Education. Her academic career spans teaching, research, academic administration and community engagement, with significant contributions to entrepreneurship education, innovation, women entrepreneurship, organisational management and small business development. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers and a textbook and is committed to practical entrepreneurship education, innovation-driven research, ethical leadership and lifelong learning as pathways to youth empowerment, job creation and sustainable socio-economic development in Nigeria.

Dr. Chisom Rosecollect Onuekwusi is an academic and researcher in Business Education and Accountancy Education at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Isu, Ebonyi State. She holds a Ph.D., M.Ed. and B.Sc. in Accountancy Education, with professional expertise spanning Business and Accountancy Education, Teacher Education, Educational Technology, ICT in Education, Learning Management Systems and Artificial Intelligence in Education. Her research interests focus on digital transformation in education, technology-enabled teaching and learning, AI integration and strengthening educator capacity. Her academic work reflects a commitment to relevant, technology-driven and competency-based education in Nigeria. She is guided by the philosophy of Hard Work, Transparency and Integrity.

Dr. Oluwakemi Aladenusi is a distinguished Chief Lecturer and member of the Academic Board at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Akoka. She holds an NCE in Mathematics and Physics, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education, a Master's degree in Measurement and Evaluation, and a Ph.D. in Testing and Measurement. She specialises in Mathematics, Testing, Measurement and Evaluation applicable in Psychology and has extensive experience across all levels of education in Nigeria. She has authored and co-authored books and published more than 20 articles in reputable national and international journals. She has served in several academic and leadership capacities, including Dean of the School of Education, Director of Degree Program, Head of Department and chairperson of several committees.

Afekhai Audu Victoria Eboshokemeh is a journalist, educator, researcher and academic leader at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Ekiadolor, Benin City, where she serves as a Lecturer and Acting Director of the Information and Public Relations Unit. With a multidisciplinary background in sociology, journalism, education and educational administration, she has distinguished herself in advancing teacher education, institutional development, strategic communication and impactful research. She is passionate about mentoring women, strengthening educational systems and transforming research into practical solutions that improve lives and communities. Her philosophy is: “True leadership is measured not by the position we hold, but by the lives we inspire, the opportunities we create and the legacy we leave behind.”

Assoc. Prof. Grace Benjamin Uyagu is a scholar specialising in Curriculum and Instruction at the Federal University of Education, Zaria. She began her lecturing career in 2001 after NYSC in Kaduna and obtained her Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Curriculum and Instruction from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She served as Head of Department of Curriculum and Instruction from 2021 to 2024 and has served as Dean of the Faculty of General Education from 2025 to date. Her personal philosophy is that no child is useless or totally dull when appropriate training is given, and that every woman is a star and a valuable contributor to society.

Hannatu Jacob, Ph.D., is a Curriculum Specialist, Teacher Educator, researcher, trainer/facilitator and academic in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Kaduna State College of Education, Gidan-Waya, Nigeria. She obtained her Master's and Doctorate degrees in 2013 and 2021 from the University of Jos and Nasarawa State University, Keffi, respectively. She served as Head of Department of Curriculum and Instruction from 2015 to 2017 and as the College Teaching Practice Coordinator from 2022 to 2026. Her research interests include curriculum development and reform, teacher education, teaching practice, gender-inclusive education, digital entrepreneurship, educational technology and sustainable development. She is passionate about innovative, inclusive and technology-responsive education.

Dr. Mosunmola Ajibola Ajileye is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the FCT College of Education, Zuba-Abuja, and Dean of the School of Education since 2025. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and has served as Head of the Centre for Educational Technology, Head of Department, Secretary and Chairperson of the Teaching Practice Committee, among other academic and leadership roles. She is a Fellow of the African Principal Conference, a Reading Ambassador of Standtall Africa, a recipient of College Merit Awards and TETFUND IBR Awards, and a Research Fellow of AFFiT. She has authored and co-authored books on teacher education, participated in numerous conferences and published extensively.

Dr. Joy Chinazamiheniile Oju Onuoha is an accomplished academic, seasoned educator and mentor who serves as Deputy Dean, Students’ Affairs at Abia State College of Education (Technical), Arochukwu. With over two decades of teaching experience, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to education, discipline, humility and selfless service. She is a member of the AWIRELAP Implementation Committee and an inducted member of AFFiT. She also serves in several institutional committees and responsibilities related to student welfare, marketing and sponsorship, IGR, admissions and institutional development. Her academic journey includes studies in Christian Leadership and Management, education and related fields. She is committed to mentorship, student development, integrity and institutional harmony.

Esther Daniel Mshelbila is a Chief Lecturer at the Federal College of Education, Yola, in the Department of Early Childhood Care and Education. She was employed in 2009 and served as Acting Head of Department from 2019 to 2021 and substantive Head of Department from 2021 to 2023. She has served as an External Moderator at the College of Education, Zing since 2024. She has published 21 articles in international and national journals, actively supervises student research and teaching practice, and has co-authored a book. She is passionate about the girl child, women’s education, teaching and mentorship.

Dr. Mrs. Juliet Bih Angu-Denen is a distinguished scholar, educator, author and lecturer in Art Education in the Department of Fine and Applied Arts, College of Education, Katsina-Ala, Benue State. She holds a B.A. in Creative Arts from the University of Maiduguri, where she graduated as the Best Graduating Student in Creative Arts, a Master's degree in Art Education and a Ph.D. in Art Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. With over a decade of tertiary education experience, she is passionate about Art Education, innovative teaching, research, entrepreneurship, character development and youth empowerment. She has presented scholarly papers and authored academic publications, including Art Education in Nigeria (Second Edition).

Dr. Deborah Adetoro Ogunjimi is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Social Studies at Oyo State College of Education, Lanlate, Oyo State, Nigeria. She holds a B.Ed. in Social Studies Education from Lagos State University and M.Ed. and Ph.D. degrees in Social Studies from the University of Ibadan. She has held several academic and professional positions, including TETFund Desk Officer, Director of Preliminary Studies and Continuing Education, Head of Department of Social Studies and currently Director of Academic Planning. She is an AFFiT Fellow and WICE Fellow, has participated in national and international professional programmes, and has over 30 articles and edited books. She also mentors students in entrepreneurship.

Dr. Lauratu Adamu Kurawa is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Biology at the FCT College of Education, Zuba-Abuja. She holds a B.Sc. (Education), M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Animal Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She previously served as Head of Department of Biology for five years and later as Dean of the School of Sciences. She is currently Director of the Directorate of Outreach and Study Centres. She has published in reputable national and international journals. Her research interests include biology education, animal science, environmental sustainability and community development. She is dedicated to teaching, research, academic leadership, institutional development and capacity building.

Hannatu Joseph Bega is a Lecturer and Academic Researcher at the College of Education, Billiri, Gombe State, and an AFFiT Research Fellow. She specialises in English Education and holds an M.A.Ed., B.A.Ed. in English and N.C.E. in English/CRS. She serves as Acting Dean of the School of Languages and Head of the Department of Modern Languages and is the Chapter Chairperson of WICE, Billiri, Gombe State.

Aishatu Abdulkadir is an Arabic educator, researcher, lecturer and academic leader at the College of Education, Gumel, Jigawa State, Nigeria. Her professional interests span Arabic language teaching, literature, linguistics and teacher education. Her research interests include Arabic linguistics and literature, pragmatics, stylistics, translation, language teaching and learning, educational technology, artificial intelligence in language education and digital skills development. She is passionate about mentoring students and emerging researchers and contributing to curriculum innovation. She believes education should develop creativity, critical thinking, confidence, practical skills and opportunities that empower learners and their communities.

Dr. Aishatu Nana Mohammed is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Hausa, School of Languages, Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Linguistics/Hausa, an M.A. in African Language (Hausa) and a Ph.D. in Linguistics, specialising in Sociolinguistics, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is passionate about teaching, research, student mentoring and translation studies. She has served on the Examination Malpractice Committee and as an NCE Level Coordinator and remains committed to quality education, professional development and effective academic administration.

Dr. Monica Nnenne Okafor is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of English at Ebonyi State College of Education, Ikwo, with extensive experience in teaching, research and academic leadership spanning over two decades. Her academic discipline is Linguistics and Communication Studies, with a bias in Applied Linguistics. She has served as Dean of the School of Languages, Director of the General Studies Directorate and currently Head of the Department of English. She is an AFFiT Fellow, WICE Fellow and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Researchers of Nigeria. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and professional development programmes and is also the Chief Executive Officer of Monicken Consult Limited.

Dr. Shehu Joke Iyabo is a dedicated academic, researcher and educator with expertise in Home Economics Education, curriculum development and educational research. She serves as a lecturer and Head of the Home Economics Department at Umaru Sanda Ahmadu College of Education, Minna, Niger State. Her research interests include food science, entrepreneurship education, artificial intelligence in education and innovative teaching strategies. She has experience supervising student research, developing academic curricula and conducting multidisciplinary research projects. She is committed to advancing quality education through evidence-based research, innovation and community engagement.

Dr. Fatima Jummai Isah Mohammed is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Primary Education at Umaru Sanda Ahmadu College of Education, Minna, Niger State. She holds a B.Sc. in Integrated Science Education, M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Science Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is Head of the Department of Primary Education for the undergraduate programme and Director of Teacher Professionalism and Mentoring. She has attended conferences, published articles in national and international journals and co-authored two books. She loves reading, writing, research and academic leadership, with particular interest in capacity building and quality teacher education.

Iorngurum Helen Nguvan, Ph.D., is a Chief Lecturer at the College of Education, Katsina-Ala, with more than 23 years of experience in teaching, research and administration. She is Head of the Department of Political Science and Chairperson of WICE, Katsina-Ala Chapter, Benue State. She has published more than 30 articles in reputable national and international journals and has authored textbooks. She is an AFFiT Research Fellow committed to advancing quality education through research, innovation, leadership and mentoring.

Haj. Zainab Sidi Aliyu, FANC, FISEN and FAFFIT, holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Sociology, a PD in Education and a Ph.D. in Sociology in view. She is Deputy Registrar and the present Registrar of Umaru Sanda Ahmadu College of Education, Minna, with 23 years of service. She has served in several leadership capacities, including Hall Administrator, Chairperson of the Non-Teaching Staff Promotion Pre-Assessment Committee, College Establishment Secretary, Vice Chairperson of WICE and member of various committees. She has attended conferences and workshops on leadership, administrative management and artificial intelligence and has received awards for educational services and leadership. Her research interests include women empowerment, gender studies and girl-child education.

Aishetu A. Bahago is a horticulture and landscape development professional with over 23 years of service in the education sector, including her professional career at the College of Education, Minna. She is a horticulturist with professional interests spanning horticulture, ornamental plant production, landscape development, plant growth and aesthetic characteristics. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. Her research interests include horticulture, ornamental plants, landscape horticulture, plant growth and development and sustainable landscaping. Her academic work includes research on the growth and aesthetic characteristics of Ixora. She is a member of the Horticultural Society of Nigeria and the Institute of Landscape Horticulturists.

Dr. Fatima Ladi Bah is a Chief Lecturer at the Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum, Yobe State. She obtained her bachelor's degree and postgraduate diploma in education from the University of Maiduguri and her Master's and Ph.D. from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. After NYSC, she was appointed Assistant Lecturer in 1991 and rose through the ranks to Chief Lecturer. She has served as Head of Department of Chemistry Education, Dean of the School of Secondary Education Sciences, Director of Academic Planning and member of the College Governing Council. She has more than 40 publications and specialises in pedagogical content knowledge (PCK), with books on PCK and innovative teaching. She is a member of STAN, CSN and TRCN and a Fellow of AFFiT.

Dr. Caroline N. Igbo-Uchi holds an NCE in History and Geography, a B.Sc. in Geography, an M.Sc. in Environmental Resource Management and a Ph.D. in Geography, with special interest in Climatology. She is awaiting promotion to Chief Lecturer at the Benue State College of Education, Katsina-Ala, where she has served in several leadership capacities, including Examination Officer, Chapter Secretary of WICE, Chapter Secretary of COEASU, North-Central Zonal Coordinator of WICE and currently National Secretary of WICE. She has participated in local and international academic programmes and contributed to Environmental Science and Geography education through research and scholarly publications. Her professional philosophy is rooted in godliness, lifelong learning, innovation, teamwork, organisational development and continuous improvement.

Fatima Umar Muhammad is an experienced education professional with over 20 years of experience in teaching, school leadership and special education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education (Special Education/Islamic Studies) with Second Class Honours (Upper Division), a Master of Education in Special Education and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Special Education, all from Bayero University, Kano. She is Deputy Director of the Directorate of Examination and Records at Kano State College of Education and Preliminary Studies and previously served as Principal of Government Senior Secondary School Sabon Garin Gadan. She has attended national and international conferences and workshops, published articles and contributed to academic festschrifts. Her interests include inclusive education, institutional growth and academic excellence.

Mrs. Akinpade is a lecturer in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Oyo State College of Education, Lanlate. She holds a B.Ed. in Teacher Education (Social Studies) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, an M.Ed. in Educational Management and an M.Ed. in Teacher Education (Social Studies) from the University of Ibadan, and a Ph.D. in Educational Management from Lead City University, Ibadan. She has held several academic positions, including Head of Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Examination Officer, Welfare and Social Committee Chairperson and Deputy Director of Academic Planning. She has participated in national and international conferences and professional development programmes, published articles and co-authored three books. Her interests include women and girl-child education and teacher professional development. She is a member of WICE and AFFiT.
