The management of STAiRULMTECH University, an emerging center of innovation under the Standtall Africa Initiative, recently paid a historic courtesy visit to former Nigerian Head of State, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (Rtd) at his Hilltop Villa in Minna, Niger State. The visit marked a strategic step in aligning academic development with leadership heritage and national service.

During the visit, the university formally presented a proposal to name the Faculty of Security Studies in honor of General Babangida. This recognition celebrates his remarkable contributions to national security, strategic leadership, and nation-building in Nigeria.
