Through this collaboration, AFFiT and NCCE jointly work to:

  • Induct graduating students as AFFiT Student Members and lecturers as AFFiT Research Fellows, providing access to continuous learning, mentorship, and professional networks

AFFiT maintains a strategic partnership with the Colleges of Education Academic Staff Union (COEASU), the recognized umbrella body representing academic staff across Nigeria’s Colleges of Education.

This partnership is anchored on a long-term Memorandum of Understanding focused on strengthening academic professionalism, research excellence, leadership development, and welfare systems for lecturers in Colleges of Education nationwide.

AFFiT partners with the National Association of Nigeria Colleges of Education Students (NANCES), the nationally recognized body representing students across Nigeria’s Colleges of Education.

This partnership is designed to prepare future educators and education professionals through early professional induction, skills development, and structured welfare support, ensuring students graduate not only qualified but globally competitive.
